This page explains, in plain words, what data this website receives and what Acedek does with it.

  1. 01Who is responsible

    This website belongs to Acedek Creative Studio, the trade name of FRANCISCO M. G. NUNES ATIVIDADES DE DESIGN LTDA. (Brazilian company number, CNPJ, 37.827.972/0001-64), a creative studio in Brazil. For anything about privacy or your data, write to info@acedek.com.

  2. 02No cookies, no tracking

    This website does not use cookies, has no analytics or advertising tools and does not follow your browsing. Fonts, images and videos are served by the site itself.

  3. 03What you send us

    The contact form does not store anything on the website. When you press send, it opens WhatsApp or your email app with the message ready, containing the name, company, email, phone and text you wrote. We only receive this data if you confirm sending it there.

    We also receive whatever you send directly to our email or WhatsApp.

  4. 04Technical logs

    Like any website, the service that hosts these pages records technical data about each visit, such as IP address, date, time and browser type. These logs are kept for security and to keep the site running, and are not used to identify you.

    When you open acedek.com, the country of your IP address is used at that moment to show the site in your language (Portuguese, Spanish or English). That information is not stored.

  5. 05What we use your data for

    To answer your message, prepare proposals and talk about your project. We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.

  6. 06Who else handles this data

    WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to talk there; our email provider, when you write to us; and the website hosting provider, for the technical logs. Each follows its own privacy policy.

  7. 07How long we keep it

    We keep conversations while they are useful for working with you and for as long as the law requires. If you ask, we delete whatever we are not legally required to keep.

  8. 08Your rights

    Under Brazil’s data protection law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018) and, if you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR, you can ask what data we hold about you, and have it corrected, deleted or handed over to you, and you can object to its use. Just write to info@acedek.com.

  9. 09Links to other sites

    The links to Instagram, LinkedIn, X and WhatsApp lead to third-party services, which have their own privacy policies.

  10. 10Changes to this policy

    If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will be updated.
